How does the 100-day guarantee work?
You can return products to us within 100 days of purchase without stating a reason. This also applies if you purchased them during discount promotions.
Simply contact us with the order number via email at hello@liwopet.com to announce your return. You will receive a refund IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of the package.
Please ensure that the product is unused and shipped in its original packaging.
How do I return a product?
Returning a product is simple. Make sure your return is sent to the correct address. You can find this in the 1st step of the following instructions.
The credit will be issued within 24 hours after we received your package.

Pack and label the items
Place the items in the package and securely seal it. Clearly write your address (sender) and our return address (recipient) on the package.

Drop off the return
You can drop off the package at DHL, DPD, Hermes, and GLS parcel shops and Packstations. Simply purchase an inexpensive shipping label with tracking on-site. Please keep the issued return receipt as proof. Receive the refund Check the tracking to confirm that we have received your return. From that point, it takes just 24 hours to credit the order.
